- Private Property Respect: Please remember that all properties along the river are private. Respect the boundaries.
- Age Limit: Participants must be at least 3 years old to go on the river—no exceptions. Please note that age requirements may increase based on river conditions, water levels, and experience. Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to adjust restrictions as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for all guests.
- Alcohol and Drug Policy: Operating watercraft under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly illegal and could result in fines or imprisonment.
- Cooler Restrictions: Only personal, handheld coolers are allowed. Please do not bring Styrofoam coolers or any glass items.
- Patio Safety: Running on the patio is prohibited to ensure everyone's safety.
- Valuables Security: It's advisable to lock any valuables in your vehicle.
- Key Safety: If your keys don't float, consider turning them in at the desk for safekeeping.
- Dress Code: Dress suitably for your river experience. Chances are, you'll get wet!
